7936 & 7132

i started the year with 7936. It is oct now and i am at 7132. i m actually quite proud of myself that i have come so far ... and actually enjoying keeping at it.

in the past, i would have given up and revert back to the first numbers after 3 months. but now, 7132 is being sustained and i m lurving it! all it took was a simple change in mindset. make it a life time thingy and seek to enjoy rather than be tortured towards a target number.
