member liao!
Last Sunday, i officially became a member of CCMC after 5 years. someone, when praying for me sometime in June, prophesied that i will have a promotion in church this year. well, there! it happened. i m no longer a wanderer wondering if this is it. this IS it. it's my pad now.
my key takeaway in the membership class is an advice from Boehler to Wesley. Wesley asked how he could preach when he himself did not even have the faith. and Boehler said this to him: "Preach faith till you have it; and then, because you have it, you will preach faith." i love this! and i am going to work at it. not just faith. but love, joy, peace, power and all things God.
the last few nites have been rather unusual. have been thinking of suppers on a regular basis. finally succumbed last nite. went to newton and had my "he kiao". very very nice. i can feel it calling me again. might just do it again tonite. :) ¶ 5:49 PM
